Because our products are sold strictly for research and identification purposes, our refund and return policy reflects the chain-of-custody requirements applicable to research materials. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final. Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on documented chain of custody, we cannot accept returns on opened or unopened products. This restriction protects the integrity of research conducted with our materials and is standard practice across the research-compound industry.
Exceptions to this rule are limited to the specific circumstances described in the sections below.
2. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or product, you may submit a damage claim within 7 days of delivery. To submit a claim:
- Email refunds@303peptides.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
- Include your order number in the subject line.
- Attach clear photographs of the outer packaging, the inner packaging, and the damaged product.
- Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.
Damage claims are processed through the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the service used). Carrier claims typically take 10 to 15 business days to resolve. Once the carrier has approved the claim, we will ship a replacement product or issue a refund to the original payment method, at the customer’s choice. We will assist you in coordinating with the carrier throughout the claim process.
3. Lost Shipments
If your tracking information indicates the package has not moved for more than 10 business days, or if the carrier marks the package as lost, contact refunds@303peptides.com with your order number. We will open a lost-package investigation with the carrier. Once the carrier confirms the package as lost, we will ship a replacement product or issue a refund to the original payment method.
Lost-shipment investigations typically take 7 to 14 business days to resolve.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, email refunds@303peptides.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photograph of the product you received. We will arrange to ship the correct product at no additional charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item. The incorrect item must be returned in its original, unopened packaging.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. At the customer’s request, refunds may instead be issued as store credit to be applied to a future order. Store credit does not expire.
Refunds to credit or debit cards typically appear on the customer’s statement within 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued. Refund timing for other payment methods varies by provider.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge if the cancellation request is received before the order has been shipped. Same-day shipping is provided on orders placed before 12:00 PM MST, so cancellation requests must be received before this cutoff on the day of the order. To request a cancellation, email refunds@303peptides.com with your order number as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the terms above apply.
7. Customs and International Orders
International orders are subject to the customs regulations of the destination country. Customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. 303 Peptides cannot predict or refund customs charges.
If an international shipment is returned to us due to refusal of the package by the customer or customs authorities, the customer is responsible for the original shipping cost and any return-shipping charges. The product cost may be refunded once the returned package is received and inspected.

9. Chargebacks
We work in good faith to resolve every customer concern through the process described in this policy. We ask that customers contact us at refunds@303peptides.com before initiating a chargeback with their card issuer. Doing so allows us to resolve the matter quickly and without third-party involvement.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may be contested with the card issuer using the customer’s signed acknowledgment of this policy at the time of purchase, along with the order, shipping, and delivery records.
10. Changes to This Policy
303 Peptides may update this Refund and Return Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
