SECTION 21 - SHIPPING DELAYS, LOST PACKAGES & CARRIER CLAIMS

By placing an order through this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, transit times, delivery dates, and carrier performance are outside of the control of 303 Peptides.

In the event a package experiences delayed tracking updates, stalled movement, or is suspected lost in transit, 303 Peptides reserves the right to allow up to five (5) business days from the last carrier tracking update for investigation, recovery attempts, and carrier response before issuing any replacement shipment, store credit, or additional resolution.

Carrier investigations and claims may be required prior to approval of any replacement order. Packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier shall not be considered lost unless otherwise determined through the carrier’s investigation process.

303 Peptides shall not be held responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, delivery exceptions, weather disruptions, customs holds, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, theft after delivery, or other circumstances outside of our direct control.
